Raissahs Story in 2021
So I can finally share what I’ve been up to with you guys. If you really know me, you’ll probably know that over the past few years I’ve changed my way of living to be much more healthy, active, balanced & conscious. This transition started almost a year after becoming a doctor.

Some of you might think this physical, mental & emotional transition happened overnight. But I’ll be honest: it’s been 4 years of hard, consistent work and effort. May 2017 I decided enough was enough. I was no longer happy with the number on the scale and with my reflection in the mirror and I was gonna do something about it. My main concern was my health. I drastically changed my way of living. Meal-prepping, consistent training, low to no alcohol, no smokes, less meat, less processed, more plant-based, more sleep. Less fighting, more accepting. Less hate, more love. Less overthinking, more doing. Learning to say no. The list is endless. But reflecting on these past 4 years, I couldn’t have shown myself a greater act of love than this. And it warms my heart knowing that I’ve inspired some of you to better yourself as well.

So, to celebrate this 4 year anniversary of self love & care, I teamed up with some amazing people & granted myself a fitness shoot. The best present ever! The results are amazing and I wanted to share them with you. It’s a total of 15 kg’s down baby & they ain’t coming back! Thank you to the people that made this possible, I am super grateful!
